Traffic Management Operatives

Traffic Management Operatives must be 21 years old or over for insurance purposes and preferably hold valid CSCS & Lantra NHSS 12A/B &/or 12D cards, however training can be provided.  

LGV drivers must hold a valid CPC card.

HR & Payroll Administrator

Duties include:  recruitment, staff inductions, maintaining staff personnel files, tracking & calculating timesheets, perparation & running of payroll & ensuring HR database is updated and accurate.

Previous experience of Sage Payroll is essential alongside excellent organisation & communication skills.

Credit Controller/ Sales Ledger Assistant

Duties include:  chasing outstanding debts, dealing with customer queries, issuing monthly statements, updating and reconciling month end debtors reports, allocating & reconciling payments onto customer accounts through Sage Line 50 and raising high volume customer quotations/ invoices via Sage Line 50.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage Line 50 and experience of working in a fast paced finance office is essential for this role.

Accounts Assistant

Duties include:  maintaining sales ledger & raising high volumes of quotes and invoices via Sage Line 50, credit control, purchase ledge, dealing with customer queries, producing journals & sales reports.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage Line 50, the ability to work to deadlines & experience of working in a fast paced finance office is essential for this role.
